France ready to share experiences with Iran in house construction

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Road and Urban Development Minister Abbas Akhoundi and his French counterpart Sylvia Panel in a meeting in Paris discussed ways to expand relations between the two countries in building cities and houses.

During the meeting on Wednesday, the French side announced its plans to send three operational teams to Iran to exchange experiences with the Iranian side in building cities and houses.

Akhoundi, for his part, referred to the two countries' past cooperation in different fields, and welcomed France's experiences in mass building, administrative decentralization and creating a balance between the urban structures and the countryside.

Akhoundi is in France to participate in the International Air Industry Exhibition in Paris to be held on June 15-21.

He is also due to meet and negotiate with the managers of Airbus, Air France and KLM airline companies in France.

The Iranian official is attending the international exhibition in order to hold talks with the world's major suppliers of aircraft parts to persuade them to sell airplanes and spare parts to Iran and invest in the development of the country's airports.
