ISIL warns of more terrorist attacks on US soil in ‘next 6 months’

The ISIL terrorist group has warned the United States that more attacks are coming, after claiming responsibility for Sunday’s shooting incident in Texas.

The Takfiri terrorist group announced on Tuesday that it has “trained soldiers” in 15 states in the United States that are ready to wage more attacks similar to the one on an event in Garland, Texas.

ISIL claimed responsibility for the shooting incident outside a provocative contest for physical depictions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

“Out of the 71 trained soldiers, 23 have signed up for missions like Sunday, we are increasing in number. Of the 15 states, 5 we will name… Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, California, and Michigan,” read the warning.

The notice was posted on a file-sharing site and signed by Abu Ibrahim Al Ameriki, who is possibly an American who joined terrorists several years ago, according to the US media.

"The disbelievers who shot our brothers think that you killed someone untrained, nay, they gave you their bodies in plain view because we were watching,” the warning continued.

“The next six months will be interesting,” the warning concluded, hinting at more terrorist operations inside the US in the next coming months.

Last month, the Judicial Watch (JW) reported that ISIL is working with drug cartels in Mexico, who are aiding the notorious group to smuggle terrorists inside the American territory.

The report cited unnamed Mexican federal officials, including a high-ranking army officer, as disclosing the locations of two bases being used by ISIL terrorists, one of which is only 8 miles away from the United States.

The story had the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reportedly rush to Mexico to investigate JW’s claims.

The US government has before acknowledged that the brutal militant group is growing in strength and is much more capable than the one US forces faced when the group was called "al-Qaeda-Iraq" shortly after the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.

The ISIL terrorists, who were initially trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to destabilize the Syrian government, control large parts of Syria's northern territory.

In June last year, ISIL sent its militants into Iraq, seizing around one-third of the territory of the country. They are engaged in crimes against humanity in the areas under their control.

They have been carrying out horrific acts of violence such as public decapitations and crucifixions against all communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, and Christians.

They have so far beheaded three American, two British and two Japanese hostages in recent months. The videos of their beheadings were posted online.
