P5+1, the US Congress and administration as well as everyone else should know that there will be no deal if there is no end to sanctions, President Rouhani said in his speech in the northern city of Rasht Wednesday.

He added, �We are not talking to the US Senate or House of Representatives; rather, our negotiating partner is a group called P5+1. We go down the path of moderation, interaction and dialog, seeking to stand up for the inalienable rights of the Iranian nation.�

Addressing the Western states, the president said, �You are under the impression that our nation is the only one who wants an end to sanctions. Your firms are yearning for a deal. A lot of European and US companies as well as countries in the West and East are waiting for a final accord which will benefit the world.�
