Tehran, March 17, IRNA - Iranian President's Chief of Staff Mohammad Nahavandian and French Ambassador to Tehran Bruno Foucher in a meeting stressed boost of all out ties.
During the meeting on Monday, Nahavandian said that Iran's economy has good capacity to provide Europe's energy, and it can help booming the regional and international economy.
Iran and France can have constructive cooperation in all fields, he added.
Nahavandian said that Iran has transparent relations with IAEA and Supreme Leader's decree on prohibition of nuclear weapons proves the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear issue.
He noted that several countries are waiting for removal of Iran's sanctions in order to establish new relations and those which request earlier will have the priority.
Even before the removal of sanctions, there are grounds for Iran and France cooperation in the field of agriculture, food industry and medicince, Nahavandian underscored.
He also said that Iran and French relations are historical and cultural.
Everything is ready for achieving a good deal, the official noted.
Nahavandian asserted that threatening and humiliating Iran will not make result and it will only increase resistance and mistrust.
He added that 47 US senators' letter showed certain American officials do not heed about their national interests.
French ambassador for his part voiced hope for success of Iran and G5+1 nuclear talks.
He urged boost of all-out ties between Tehran and Paris.
The envoy praised Iran's constructive role in fight against terrorism especially in Iraq.
French companies are ready to boost cooperation with Iran as soon as the sanctions are removed, Foucher noted.
He said that Iran and France have good cooperation in the field of auto manufacturing.
Peugeot and Renault are ready to initiate new production lines in Iran, he added.
European countries have shown willingness for the development of relations and cooperation with Iran following the implementation of Irans November nuclear deal with world powers.
