TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran condemned the recent remarks of the US Secretary of State John Kerry on Iran’s interference in Yemen, saying that meddling in Sana'a would make the situation more complicated.

“Iran’s fundamental view is that nations should decide about their own fate,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham, adding these remarks are made to lay the blame on other countries.

Her remarks came after Kerry claimed that Iran has contributed to the collapse of Yemeni government.

She also called on all sides to pave the way for Yemeni nation to decide about their fate, adding that any foreign interference in Yemeni political developments would hinder political stability in the country and make the situation more complicated.
