Tehran, Feb 15, IRNA Secretary General of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad bin Amin Madani on Sunday expressed outrage at assassination of three young Muslim students in the US state of North Carolina.
Madani said that the outrageous crime lacerated sentiments of Muslims worldwide and had stirred concerns about escalation of tension and hostile acts against Muslims and phenomenon of Islamophobia in the United States.
He asked President Obama to take decisions to prevent religious and racial discrimination.
The secretary general of OIC called for international cooperation to confront radicalism, violence and religious dogmatism.
