TEHRAN, Feb. 13 (MNA) Iranian ambassador to Mexico said Iran has the readiness to offer its experiences on energy to Mexico, particularly on fields of refinery and petrochemical industries.
According to IRNA, Jalal Kalantary also announced that Iran Deputy FM for European and American Affairs would visit Mexico to reinforce and expand the ties.
Noting that both Iran and Mexico are oil producers, Kalantari asserted that the two countries could exchange information and technologies in the field, however, he added: Iran has a great deal of experience regarding energy and oil and can transfer it to Mexico.
The official, meanwhile, pointed to the fall of oil price in global markets and said Iran has planned previously to substitute the oil revenue with non-oil exports.
He highlighted that Iran and Mexico can cooperate on several fields including industries, pharmacy, agriculture, nanotechnology, biotechnology, and tourism.
Referring the terrorism in the region and Islamophobia in Western countries and their media, Kalantari stated that Iran is among the most secure countries of the region, stressing Islam is the religion of peace.
