TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran's wushu players won three gold medals in the third edition of West Asia Wushu Championship underway in the Southeastern Iranian province of Sistan-Baluchestan.
The Iranian athletes, Reza Khalafzadeh, Ali Vatankhah and Taher Qassemi, grabbed the gold medals on Monday on the first day of the Championship.
Athletes from Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Syria have participated in the competitions.
The two-day Championship will wrap up Tuesday night.
