TEHRAN Jan 25 (Shana)--Iran's Minister of Industry, Mines and Commerce has said that the country reached 6% of industrial growth during the first half of the current calendar year to March 21 2014.
Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh also said Iran's customs data suggest that Iran made $42.5bn worth of non-oil exports during the first 10 months of the current calendar year which is 22% higher year-on-year.
Iran imported 43.6 billion dollars' worth of commodities during the same period which is up 15% year-on-year, said Nematzadeh. Iran's non-oil exports included 12 billion dollars' worth of gas condensate.
Also the country's export of crude steel rose 1.6%, copper 3.5%T ceramic rose 29% and china 6.8% which the export of different petrochemicals rose from 4 to 12% during the ten months.
