Bandar Abbas, Hormuzgan Prov, Jan 5, IRNA - Some 306, 49 tons of non-oil commodities were exported from Bandar Lengeh, in southern province of Hormozgan, during three quarters of the current Iranian calendar year (started on March 21, 2014), a local official said.
Director of Ports and Shipping Department of Bandar Lengeh added the figure indicates a 12-percent growth compared with the corresponding figure last year.
Esmaeil Makkizade added that non-oil commodities imported stood at 144,000 tons, indicating a 10-percent decrease compared with the corresponding figure last year.
Also some 5,016 cargo vessels entered the ports in Hormuzgan Province during the period.
