Belgrade, Dec 27, IRNA Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro Rafet Husovic in a meeting in Podgorica on Friday with Iranian ambassador emphasized on Irans role in preserving Middle Easts stability and said Tehrans foreign policy is praiseworthy.
According to the IRNA reporter in Belgrade, the Iranian Embassy in Serbia reported that Rafet Husovic in his meeting with the Iranian Non-Resident Ambassador to Podgorica Majid Fahim referred to Irans broad facilities in various fields, emphasizing the need for strengthening bilateral ties and cooperation to secure both nations interests.
Husovic meanwhile reiterated that as the deputy prime minister of Montenegro, he would spare no effort aimed at broadening bilateral ties in various fields, especially in economic, commercial, and cultural fields.
He also expressed hope that Montenegros President Philip Vujanovic will by the end of the year 2015 visit Iran aimed at broadening bilateral ties and cooperation.
The top Montenegro official meanwhile praise Irans foreign policy and steadfast resistance despite the tough international sanctions for such a long time, arguing, If such sanctions had been imposed against any other country for such a long duration it could not have tolerated its resulting hardships.
The Iranian Non-Resident Ambassador to Podgorica, too, in the meeting emphasized the importance of bilateral relations aimed at securing both nations interests.
The Iranian diplomat considered the peaceful coexistence among various ethnic and religious groups in Montenegro as an exemplary, significant, and important sample to be followed by all Balkan region society aimed at preserving stability and security in the region.
