MOSCOW, December 18 (Sputnik) Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday that his visit tothe Iranian capital Tehran is possible; it is currently being discussed throughdiplomatic channels.
My trip toTehran is possible, we are currently arranging it throughdiplomatic channels I have been toTehran. We have had regular meetings butthe trip is important not forthe sake ofthe trip, Putin said ata press conference.
If we find that we need a separate meeting [with the Iranian president], then we have no limits. We have no limits regarding any sort ofexternal pressure, Putin added.
