ISIL Takfiri militants have kidnapped at least 40 Iraqi people from their homes in the central city of Tikrit in the province of Salahuddin.
Reports say the Takfiri militants took the hostages to an unknown location after they refused to take an oath of allegiance to the ISIL.

Last week, the Takfiri militants kidnapped 25 people in the north of the city for the same reason.

The ISIL terrorists entered Iraq in June. The ISIL militants have been carrying out horrific acts of violence, including public decapitations, against Iraqi communities, namely Shias, Sunnis, Kurds and Christians.

The ISIL terrorists also currently control parts of Syria, where they have committed the same heinous crimes.
