Tehran, Dec 4, IRNA � Senior member of the Iranian nuclear negotiating team Abbas Araqchi said the ground is prepared, to a considerable degree, for attaining an understanding in the nuclear talks.
In a meeting with Italian Deputy Foreign Minister Lapo Pistelli on Wednesday, he said the time is now more appropriate than ever before for a nuclear agreement which would please all parties involved, provided that the Western partners in the talks take effective steps with good will.
Araqchi who is also Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs briefed the Italian official on Iran's principled views on pivotal issues relating to the process of its nuclear negotiations with G5+1.

The Italian official expressed happiness over the progress in the nuclear talks and said it could serve as a role model for further cooperation among the parties involved.
