Zarif: Harmony, cooperation, needed in anti-extremism campaign
Tehran, Nov 30, IRNA Campaign against the problems with which the region and Islamic world entangle, and especially Israels desecration of the Holy Quds and extremism are in need of international harmony and cooperation, Iranian foreign minister said here Sunday.
Today the region and the Islamic world are entangled with numerous problems, thorough resolving of which, especially encountering the moves made by the Zionist regime against the (sanctity of) Holy Quds (Dome of the Rock) and effective campaign against extremism are in need of all (world) countries harmony and cooperation, said Mohammad Javad Zarif after receiving the credentials of the new Jordanian ambassador.
He added that Tehran is fully ready for all-out cooperation with the bother country of Jordan aimed at expansion of bilateral relations and in campaign against extremism and tribal seditions.

Jordans new Ambassador Abdullah Sulaiman Abdullah Abu Romman, too, expressing delight for being commissioned to serve in Iran said that Amman attaches special significance to the development and strengthening of its relations with Tehran.

The Jordanian diplomat also expressed hope that by relying on the efforts made by the two countries embassies, Iran-Jordan political and economic ties will improve more than ever.

Jordans former state minister for media affairs, Abdullah Abu Romman, also emphasized the need for cultural and media activities in campaign against Takfiri and terrorist activities and praised the recent conference in Qom, Iran, on the issue and the other gatherings serving the same purpose.
