A view of Irans Bushehr nuclear power plant (file photo)[/caption]Zanjan Prov, Nov 29, IRNA A senior official with the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said Saturday that in order to achieve sustainable development, the nations must develop nuclear technology.
Hossein Khalafi, the AEOI deputy head on planning and strategic supervision affairs, who was addressing a conference of university students in the northwestern province of Zanjan, said that advantages of nuclear technology serve to raise life standards of the people.
The Iranian people should see the impact of nuclear technology in their life and make use of its advantages in scientific, industrial, commercial and agricultural areas and so on, Khalafi said.
The Iranians should bear any burden and meet the hardship of sanctions so that they could achieve peaceful nuclear technology and make use of its benefits, the official said.
