Larijani arrives in Djibouti City

Djibouti, Nov 21, IRNA Majlis (Parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani arrived in Djibouti City, the capital city of Djibouti in the Horn of Africa.
According to IRNA reporter, Larijani, upon his arrival, was welcomed by his Djibouti counterpart Edris Arnato.

Larijani is in Djibouti at the official invitation of his Djiboutian counterpart. He is scheduled to meet with some parliament speakers from different countries who are there to participate in a ceremony to inaugurate the new building of Djibouti parliament.

Djibouti is bordered by Eritrea in the north, Ethiopia in the west and south, and Somalia in the southeast. The remainder of the border is formed by the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden at the east. Djibouti occupies a total area of 23,200 sq km.
