Dushanbe, Nov 19, IRNA - Iran's new Ambassador to Tajikistan Hojatollah Faghani presented his credentials to President Emomali Rakhmon on Wednesday.
During the meeting, President Rakhmon said as a result of historical and cultural commonalities shared by the two nations, Iran and Tajikistan enjoy vast amicable relations in all areas.

He also expressed hope that Tehran-Dushanbe ties can provide more momentum during Faghani's tenure.
