Shiraz, Fars prov, Nov 17, IRNA � Member of Central Political Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party Wang Zhaoguo on Monday visited Persepolis, the capital of the Achaemenid Empire, situated 70 km northeast of Shiraz, the capital city of Fars Province.
In the last leg of his visit to Iran, Wang Zhaoguo, left Tehran for Shiraz earlier in the day.

IRNA reporter in Shiraz said that Wang visited the tombs of two great Iranian poets Sa'adi and Hafez in Shiraz.

During his stay in Tehran, the Chinese official held separate meetings with head of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani and Vice-President for Legal Affairs Elham Aminzadeh.
