TEHRAN Oct 29 (Shana)--Refineries in the giant South Pars gas field are ready to pump gas during winter, the managing-director of National Iranian Gas Company said.
Hamid-Reza Araqi, during a visit to South Pars, said NIGC is fully ready to supply gas during winter.

�The necessary infrastructure has been provided for processing, transmission and distribution of gas in cold days,� he said.
�
Araqi said Iran�s gas production is to increase by 100 mcm/d by the end of the current calendar year in March 2015.
�
South Pars gas field is jointly operated by Iran and Qatar.
