Beirut, Oct 25, IRNA - Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Hatem Halawani has called for expansion of all-out economic ties with Iran voicing Amman''s readiness to attend the 10th session of Iran-Jordan economic commission.
Halawani made the remarks in a meeting with Iranian Ambassador to Amman Mojtaba Ferdowsipour.
Jordanian officials are determined to boost bialteral economic ties with Iran, Halawani added.
Referring to industrial achievements made in the two countries, the minister said grounds are fully prepared now for increasing trade exchanges between the two capitals.
Meanwhile, the Iranian ambassasor told Halawani that Tehran is also determined to promote all-out ties with Amman.
Iran is to open a new chapter in the history of its bilateral relations with Jordan, Ferdowsipour stressed.
