Tehran, Oct 20, IRNA - Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan arrived in Tehran on Monday morning to discuss latest regional and international developments with Iran's high ranking officials.
The visit takes place within the framework of the two neighboring states' measures to further bolster their ties and cooperation.
Bilateral topics, especially energy issues are slated to be discussed during the two-day visit of the Armenian prime minister.
Abrahamyan visited Iran at the invitation of Iran's First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri.
The Armenian premier will hold a meeting with the first vice-president to pave the ground for further enhancement of mutual cooperation.
Iran and Armenia have taken major strides towards widening and deepening of their relations in recent years, particularly in the economic sector.
