Two of the world’s outstanding sculpture artists have considered Iran to be among the important pivots of the art of sculpture across the globe.
Carlos Roberto Monge Sanchez, the prominent Mexican sculptor artist and Volker Schnüttgen from Germany made the remarks at Iranian Artists Forum.

The two have attended the 6th Tehran International Sculpture Symposium.
“This is the first time I have come to Tehran. Although it is yet to finish, it is clear that the works by Iranian artists are very professional and interesting, and a good future surely awaits the Iranian sculpture,” Sanches said. “...given my lengthy experience of attending symposiums, I must say this one is considered to be among the world’s top three,” he noted.
Meanwhile, Schnüttgen said, “Tehran Symposium is considered to be among the good ones in the international arena and I am very glad to have attended it.”

The symposium is being held under the auspices of Tehran municipality's Beautification Organization at Milad Tower in the Iranian capital.
