TEHRAN Sept 30 (Shana)--NIOCs director for health, security and environment (HSE) Abbas Razmi said the HSE department has decided to establish a data bank which includes all the companies providing HSE services.Speaking to Shana, Abbas Razmi saidamong the main initiatives NIOCs HSE department has taken so far areprovision and completion of the list of the companies providing HSE services, providing an adequate number of fire trucks for NIOCs subsidiaries, preparing safety data sheet and setting up a working group for preparing technical identifications for fire fighting and safety equipment and machinery.
He added: "Upgrading and organizing fire fighting activities is another project which will come into force in two phases."
In the first phase, HSE department will examine the current situation of its workforce and equipment, and in the second phase it will examine the status of stationary and mobile equipment and machinery and then will hold an auction to go ahead with implementation of the project.
