Iran has laid out conditions for future oil exports to other European countries after halting sales to Britain and France earlier this week, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said Tuesday.
Mehmanparast told reporters "Iran's conditions include guarantees of payments, long term contracts, and a ban on unilateral cancellation of contracts by buyers." Stressing all these should be considered if Europe wants continued trade and oil relations, he said these conditions would facilitate cooperation and would be fair to both Iran and the Europeans.

Otherwise, we will stop selling oil to them," One day later, Ahmad Qalebani announced that some European states have started negotiations with Tehran in order to purchase Iran's crude oil, Press TV reported.
According to Mehr news agency, France's Total and the UK's Shell and BP will also be subject to the conditions if they wish to purchase oil from Iran, Qalebani said.
"They should be obliged not to deliver Iranian oil to French or British refiners," he stated. Moreover, they should not set any precondition for buying Iranian crude.
