Tehran, Aug 12, IRNA � More than 500 Tehrani women gathered at Azadi Square Tuesday morning to voice their support for mothers and children of Gaza.
Forming a human chain around the Azadi Tower, the demonstrators chanted slogans supporting defenseless women and children of Gaza who have been subjected to the ruthless atrocities of the Zionist regime since July 8.
Hoisting the Palestinian flag, they shouted ?Down with US,? ?Down with Israel,? ?Gaza is in fire and blood, let?s go and help.?

A flock of pigeons were also flown as a symbol of souls of the slaughtered children of Gaza.

Laleh Eftekhari, a member of the Iranian Parliament, was also among the demonstrating women.
