Students stage protest rally in front of UN Tehran office against Israeli war on Gaza
TEHRAN (FNA)- Thousands of students, in a rally in front of the United Nations office in Tehran on Monday, shouted protest against the Israeli crimes against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, and urged the world states and international bodies to stop the continued massacre of the Palestinian civilians.

The protesters in their mottos and final resolution today called on the international bodies to deal with the regretful and tragic conditions of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

"The international organizations have distorted the human rights in favor of the Zionist regime and they have depicted a world that considers the Zionists' interests," part of the final resolution said.

The students said that Israel is trying to distract the attention of the international community from the Israeli crimes and genocide in Gaza by trying to portray the Palestinians as terrorists.

The members of the Union of Students' Islamic Association who took part in the protest rally announced that they have established an Anti-Zionist Students Club to pave the way for a world free from Zionism through solidarity and proper organization.

They called on all students of the international community to play their role in the materialization of a Zionist-free world through presence in the Anti-Zionist Students Club and partnership in its activities.

Iranians from different walks of life have stayed out on the streets all throughout the past several weeks to condemn the Israeli crimes against Gazans and demand international action against Tel Aviv.

On Sunday, a large number of Iranian judiciary staff and officials, in a gathering, voiced concern over the Israeli forces' war crimes against civilians in Gaza, and called on the international bodies to take serious steps to end the Zionists' genocide in the enclave.

Several high-ranking judiciary staff and officials, including Iranian Deputy Judiciary Chief Ebrahim Rayeesi, Head of Iran's Supreme Court Ahmad Mohseni Gorgani and Director-General of Tehran Province Justice Department Gholam Hossein Esmayeeli, participated in the gathering in Tehran to condemn the Zionist regime's war crimes in the Gaza Strip and the international organization's indifference towards Tel Aviv's aggressions against innocent civilians.

The protesters chanted anti-Israel slogans and voiced outrage at the Zionists' genocide in Gaza.

The latest deaths bring the number of Palestinians killed in Israel's 35-day offensive on Gaza to 1,940. Some 11,000 Palestinians have been injured throughout the assault.
