Tehran, July 20, IRNA -- The 15th International Exhibition of Telecommunications, Information Technology & Solutions, Iran Telecom 2014, will be held at Tehran?s Permanent International Fairground from October 6 to 9.
The latest achievements of Iranian and foreign companies and manufacturers in telecommunication technologies will go on display at the event.
The four-day fair will bring together the most dynamic companies in the telecoms network, according to Monday edition of the English language newspaper Iran Daily.

The official sponsors are the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, the Communications Regulatory Authority, the Telecommunications Infrastructure Company (TIC) and the Telecommunications Company of Iran (TCI).

Spread over an area of 30,000 square meters, an expected attendance of about 40,000 visitors and more than 250 exhibitors, Iran Telecom 2014 will once again establish its position as the country?s leading telecommunications event.

The 14th International Exhibition of Telecommunications, Information Technology & Solutions, Iran telecom 2013, was a great success.

It was held in an area of 27,500 square meters. More than 40,000 trade visitors from across the country, 261 Iranian and foreign companies from Canada, China, Germany, the UK, France, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, South Korea, Taiwan and UAE participated in the event.

Telecommunication is communication at a distance by technological means, particularly through electrical signals or electromagnetic waves.
