KERMANSHAH, June 25 (MNA) � An official of Kermanshah governorate has said 3 police officers were killed by unknown men in Salas Babajani, a western city of the province.

General Director of political and security office of Kermanshah governorate told Mehr News correspondent that these officers were in routine patrolling duty in the vicinity of Tazeh Abad County, when unknown men opened fire on them and killed three including the commander of the police station, his deputy, and a staff.

�The investigation of the manner of their attack indicates that the firing men are probably the members of a crime gangs,� said Shahriar Heidari, the governorate official.
