Tehran, June 13, IRNA � An earthquake measuring 4.4 on Richter scale jolted border area of Semnan and Golestan provinces on Friday noon.
�According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 13:42 hours local time (10:12 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 36.84 degrees latitude and 55.15 degrees longitude.
There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damage.
