IFP- Heyran Neck is a cluster of three villages in the western Alborz mountain range, near the city of Astara in northwestern Gilan Province. It is indeed part of a road that connects the cities of Astara and Ardabil together. The beautiful and accessible scenery of Heyran has turned it into one of the most famous tourist destinations in Iran.
