Iraqi military commanders announced the liberation of Fallujah in a letter to the Iraqi Prime Minister Heidar Al Ebadi. Following therecapture of Al Nezal at the center of Fallujah from the Daesh (ISIL or ISIS) terrorist group, Iraqi army managed to win back the area of el Arsan and triumphantly raised their flag over the citys government building.
