Iran's Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadehand the Member of the Board Minister in charge of Trade of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEC) Andrey Slepnev signed a preliminary pact on preferential tariffs on Wednesday in Tehran.
