Iran and Turkmenistan signed nine documents of cooperation in Tehran on Sunday. The documents were signed after a ceremony where Irans President Hassan Rouhani officially welcomed his Turkmen counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. he Turkmen President is in Tehran to take part in the 3rd Summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) which will commence on Monday.
