The Wall Street Journal - Saudi Arabias verdict this week in the 2018 murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi isnt going to erase the stain on the reputation of the Kingdom or its de facto ruler Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
A Saudi judge sentenced five men to death in the killing at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, and three more to prison. None of them were named but presumably they were lower-level operatives who executed the killing as Khashoggi sought a license to marry and his fiance waited outside.
