According to The Iran Project, Iran’s new president Masoud Pezeshkian has taken over the presidential office from interim president Mohammad Mokhber.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says that interaction with neighbors is a priority in the Islamic Republic of Iran's foreign policy.

According to The Iran Project, the endorsement ceremony of the decree of Masoud Pezeshkian for his election to the 14th term of the presidency was held on Sunday morning (July 28, 2024) in the presence of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in Imam Khomeini's Hosseiniyeh (RA).

According to The Iran Project, in a ceremony at Tehran’s Imam Khomeini Hosseiniyeh on Sunday morning, the Supreme Leader endorsed Pezeshkian as the 9th president of the Islamic Republic, based on Article 110 of the Constitution.
