TEHRAN (FNA)- Syrian army units on Monday regained control over al-Zarzour, al-Nakarin, Talet al-Taaneh and al-Mijbel areas in Aleppo countryside after eliminating the militants last gathering there, a military source said.The source added that the army units are dismantling the explosive devices and mines planted by the militant groups in those areas, SANA reported.
The source said that army unit destroyed militants gathering in the old city of Aleppo, killing 5 militants and injuring others.
The army alsodestroyed militants weapons and ammunition in an ambush in al-Azamiyeh neighborhood in Aleppo city, while another army unit killed 10 militants in al-Dababiyeh area in Aleppo province.
Army units targeted militants gatherings in Khan al-Hafireh area, to the North of al-Bab, Huritan, Hayan, in the vicinity of Aleppo central prison, Babis and Maarat al-Artik, killing a number of militants, injuring others and destroying their tools.
