IRNA - British Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Boris Johnson is scheduled to visit Iran within the upcoming weeks.


Declaring the news while addressing the House of Lords on Tuesday, Johnson said that he will discuss consular issues during his trip.

Ex-Foreign Secretary of the UK Philip Hammond was the last British top diplomat who traveled to Iran in 2015 to reopen the UK embassy in Tehran.
