Iran offshore oil firm welcomes HSE foreign partnership

TEHRAN Oct. 7 (Shana) - An official in the Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) has called for participation of foreign firms in managing health, safety, and environment (HSE) issues of the platforms.
HSE is an imported concept and it can be delegated on a pilot basis to a competent foreign company, said Iman Shirianpour, IOOC director of HSE.
In renovation of Abuzar Platform, for example, the HSE can be completely outsourced to an established foreign contractor, he told a meeting.

Also companys CEO, Saeid Hafezi, urged studying incidents in major firms in the field of HSE in order to prevent their repetition in Iran.
