Ali Asghar Qaravi, the Iranian journalist who was arrested for his article in the Bahar daily, has been released on bail after two months in jail.
Neday-e Sbaz-e Azadi reported that Qaravi was released after the Bahar daily was found to be in violation of press laws.
Qaravi is a Nationalist-Religious activist and a member of the Freedom Movements executive council, overseeing the Isfahan branch of the party.
Qaravi, who suffers from several health complications, was under severe strain and pain throughout his detention. His article was titled Imam: political leader or model of faith?
