The Iran Project : Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian has congratulated his Sri Lankan counterpart Ali Sabry and the country’s government and nation over Sri Lanka Independence Day.
According to The Iran Project,In a message posted on his X account on Sunday, Amirabdollahian expressed hope that Tehran and Colombo will expand ties in different areas, including economic and regional cooperation.
Rasoul Mousavi, the director of the South Asia Department of Iran’s Foreign Ministry, also extended felicitations over the 76th Sri Lanka Independence Day.
Sri Lanka celebrates its National Day, also known as Independence Day, on February 4, which marks the country’s political independence from British rule in 1948.
