Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said that strengthening relations between Iran and Estonia will pave the way for promoting international interactions.
Raisi made the remarks in a meeting with new Estonian ambassador to Iran Anelli Kook.
He urged the joint economic commission to follow up developing the economic cooperation.
Iran and Estonia enjoy a variety of capacities for cooperation in political, economic and trade fields, he said while urging efforts to materialize these capacities, especially the North-South corridor.
Meanwhile, Kook referred to the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Estonia and Iran, and said that Estonia is interested in expanding all-out relations with Iran.
