36-inch oil pipeline operational in Omidiyeh

SHANA -- The managing director of Aghajari Oil and Gas Production Company said the 36-inch oil pipeline of Omidiyeh, in southwest Iran, is now fully operational.

According to the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC), Ebrahim Piramoun said the pipeline resumed its operation on Saturday evening, May 11, 2019.

He said the pipeline was repaired after round-the-clock efforts of the companys technicians in the shortest time possible.

Now that the pipeline has come on stream again along with the 42-inch pipeline of the city, oil and feedstock supply to Isfahan Refinery in central Iran is back to normal, he said.
