SHANA -- National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) sold 280,000 barrels of crude oil at the end of the Sunday trading session of the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX).
Offering a million barrels of crude oil at IRENEX began on Sunday at 14:00 and ended with a deal for 280,000 barrels of crude oil.
Of the offered cargoes, eight shipments of 35,000 barrels of crude oil were purchased at $74.85 per barrel.
Offering crude oil started at the weekend on a large scale on IRENEX with light crude oil offered on the day. The minimum volume of purchase is 35,000 barrels.
