Iran has produced more than 635,000 metric tons (mt) of aluminum ingots over the past calendar year to March 19, report suggests.

The Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) said the production of aluminum ingot in the country registered a 7% growth in the first 11th month of this Iranian year.

Production of aluminum ingot in Iran stood at 472,418 tons in the first nine months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21-December 21, 2023), according to the data released by the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
