IRNA � Iranian First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri in a message congratulated his Muslim counterparts on the arrival of Eid al-Fitr.

In his message, Jahangiri expressed hope for scholars and experts to overcome COVID-19 and maintaining peace, security, and health in the world.

He also wished happiness for Muslim nations and success for his counterparts in the Islamic states.

Eid al-Fitr is the first day of the tenth month of the Islamic calendar when Muslims celebrate the arrival of Shawwal and the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
