IRNA � Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif on Thursday discussed the process of political understanding in Afghanistan, fight against coronavirus, and issues of mutual interest with Mohammad Haneef Atmar, National Security Adviser and the caretaker of the Foreign Ministry of the of Afghanistan over phone.

In related news on the same day, Zarif and his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi discussed issues of mutual interests, fight against the coronavirus, economic sanctions, and the most recent political developments in Afghanistan over phone.

The Iranian foreign minister also discussed expansion of mutual relations, fight against coronavirus, and sanctions with his Turkmen counterpart Ra?it Meredow.
