Airline employees in Jeddah repatriated with Iranian flight

Tasnim – The spokesperson for Iran’s administration said an Iranian airplane recently flew to Saudi Arabia to take back the employees of one of the country’s airlines from the city of Jeddah.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a cabinet session on Wednesday, Ali Rabiee provided an explanation for an Iranian flight that has landed in Jeddah recently.

He said the airplane has flown to the Saudi city to bring home the Iran Air employees.

The purpose of the flight was only to repatriate the Iranian airline’s employees, Rabiee added, stressing that no political issue has been involved.
