MNA � Iran�s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi has congratulated the national wushu team on having won the world�s title for the first time in�the 9th Sanda World Cup.







Iran's national wushu team was�crowned world�s champions�for the first time in�the 9th Sanda World Cup on Sunday.

The two-day competitions was held in the Chinese city of Hangzhou, where Iranian team, comprising of 8 practitioners in both men's and women�s divisions, succeeded in clenching the championship title after collecting seven gold medals and one silver.

In a statement on Sunday night, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi extended his congratulations to the country�s wushu practitioners, as well as the Iranian nation and the sports community.

He also wished for further victories and success for the national wushu team.
