IRNA — Chairman of the Iran-France parliamentary friendship group in the Senate Philip Bunkar said on Tuesday that France would use its full potential to materialize and stay in Iranian nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
In a meeting with Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani and chairman of the French-Iranian Parliamentary Friendship Group in the French National Assembly, Bunkar referred to Iran’s positive actions in implementing the JCPOA and pointed out the importance and position of Iran in the regional and international arena.
He added, “The Islamic Republic’s approach in JCPOA, in its turn, reflected the good image of the country on the international scene, and of course France will use its full potential to materialize a nuclear accord and remain in agreement.’
He added, “France welcomes the expansion of relations and interactions with the Islamic Republic of Iran and our delegation’s visit to Iran represents the determination of the Parliament and the French government to strengthen cooperation.’
Chairman of the French-Iranian Parliamentary Friendship Group in France’s Senate said France was by no means supporting the activities of the MKO organization in the country, adding France and the French government did not have any cooperation with this group, and we are aware of the history of their sectarian activities.
